Contact Truck Dispatch Experts
Call (682) 978-8641 or email info@truckdispatchexperts.com. The phone is answered Monday to Friday, 8AM-6PM Eastern, and Saturday 9AM-2PM Eastern. Every form and email gets a reply within one business day.
How to Reach Us — and Which Channel Is Fastest
Truck Dispatch Experts is a remote dispatch service for owner-operators and small fleets running in the 48 contiguous states. There is one phone line and one email address, both answered by dispatchers rather than a call centre. Pick whichever matches how urgent your situation is.
About the 24/7 line: carriers already dispatching with us hold their dispatcher's direct number for nights and weekends. New inquiries that land outside business hours are answered the next business morning — we would rather say that plainly than promise a 3AM callback we cannot staff.
Send Us a Message
Tell us what you run and where you like to run it. A dispatcher reads it and calls you back — no auto-dialer, and your details are never sold or shared with other dispatch companies.
Business Hours
All times Eastern (ET). Dispatch runs on the clock your brokers keep.
Active carriers reach their dispatcher directly, day or night.
Mailing Address
1111B S Governors Ave, STE 48405, Dover, DE 19904
This is our registered business mailing address — not a terminal, not a walk-in office. Dispatch is handled remotely by phone and email, so send documents to info@truckdispatchexperts.com rather than by post.

What Happens After You Hit Send
Most dispatch contact pages stop at the submit button. Here is the actual sequence, so you know whether to keep your phone on you.
What we will not do: put you on an auto-dialer, resell your contact details to other dispatch services, or text you marketing you did not ask for. Full terms are in our privacy policy.
Who You'll Talk To
Have These Five Things Ready and We Can Move Same Day
You do not need any of this to call us. You do need all of it before a broker will tender you a load, so gathering it early is what turns a first phone call into a booked load in the same week.
Sources: 49 CFR 387.9, minimum levels of financial responsibility and FMCSA Form BOC-3, designation of agents for service of process. Don't have authority yet? Start with our new authority dispatch guide.
What It Costs Before You Pick Up the Phone
You should not have to book a call to find out the price. There is no setup fee, no contract and no cancellation penalty, and you can switch between percentage and flat rate at any time.
Where We Dispatch
We dispatch carriers across the 48 contiguous states. Because freight, rates and seasonality look completely different from one state to the next, we publish a page for each one covering the corridors that pay, the industries that ship, and which trailer types are in demand. Read yours before the first call and the conversation gets a lot more specific.
Not Ready to Talk Yet? Start Here Instead
Plenty of carriers land on a contact page while they are still deciding whether to use a dispatcher at all. These three answer that question without anyone calling you.
Everything else carriers ask us is collected on the full dispatch FAQ.

Reaching us, what to have ready, and what happens next.
How do I contact Truck Dispatch Experts?
Call (682) 978-8641, email info@truckdispatchexperts.com, or send the form on this page. The phone line is answered Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern and Saturday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Eastern. Email and form messages get a reply within one business day. Truck Dispatch Experts dispatches remotely across the 48 contiguous states — there is no walk-in office to visit.
Should I call or fill out the form?
Call if you have a truck sitting empty right now or a rate you need checked in the next hour — a person picks up during business hours. Use the form if you are comparing dispatch companies, if you are outside business hours, or if you want a written answer you can read later. The form asks for equipment type, fleet size and MC number so the dispatcher who calls you back already knows what you run.
What information should I have ready when I call a dispatcher?
Your MC or USDOT number, what you pull (dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, power only, hotshot, box truck or heavy haul), how many trucks you run, the lanes or regions you prefer, and the rate per mile you need to make money. That is enough for a real conversation on the first call. If you do not have all of it yet, call anyway — we will work with what you have.
What happens after I submit the contact form?
Your message goes straight to a dispatcher, not a queue. They read the equipment type, fleet size and MC number you entered, then call you from the same number listed on this page. The call runs about fifteen minutes and covers equipment, preferred lanes, home time and the rate you need. If it is a fit, the carrier packet is emailed to you the same day. We do not put you on an auto-dialer and we do not sell or share your details with other dispatch companies.
What documents do I need to sign up with a truck dispatch service?
Five things: active operating authority (your MC and USDOT numbers), a current certificate of insurance, a signed W-9, a BOC-3 process agent designation on file with FMCSA, and a signed dispatch service agreement. Under 49 CFR 387.9 the federal minimum public liability coverage for a for-hire carrier hauling non-hazardous property in a vehicle rated 10,001 lbs GVWR or more is $750,000; individual brokers often ask for more. FMCSA requires the BOC-3 process agent designation to be filed before operating authority registration is granted, under 49 CFR Part 366.
Can I reach a dispatcher after hours or on weekends?
Carriers already running with us have their dispatcher's direct line for nights and weekends — that is what 24/7 dispatch support means here. New inquiries that arrive outside business hours are answered the next business morning. If you are a prospective carrier with a genuinely urgent situation, send the form and say so in the message; it is read before the routine ones.
Can I visit your office in Dover, Delaware?
No. 1111B S Governors Ave, STE 48405, Dover, DE 19904 is our registered business mailing address in Delaware, not a terminal or a walk-in office, and there is no counter to come to. Truck Dispatch Experts is a remote dispatch operation — every part of the relationship, from the first call through rate confirmations and paperwork, happens by phone and email. Send documents to info@truckdispatchexperts.com rather than by post; it is faster.
Is a dispatch service the same as a freight broker?
No, and the difference matters legally. A freight broker holds its own FMCSA broker authority and arranges transportation between a shipper and a carrier, taking the freight on its own paper. A dispatch service works for the carrier: we search load boards, negotiate rates and handle paperwork on your behalf, and the load is booked under your MC authority. You stay the carrier of record and you get paid by the broker or shipper directly.
How do I know a dispatch company is legitimate and not a scam?
Ask for a written agreement with no term commitment, confirm the fee structure in writing before any load is booked, and refuse anyone who asks you to sign over your MC authority or wants payment before a load is delivered. A legitimate dispatcher will put a name and a direct phone number in front of you. Our full checklist of warning signs is linked from the guides section of this page.
Do you dispatch in my state?
We dispatch carriers across the 48 contiguous states. Freight, rates and seasonality differ enormously by state, so we publish a page for each one covering the major corridors, the dominant industries and which equipment types are in demand. Find your state in the service areas section of this page before you call — it will make the first conversation more useful.
Do you offer a free consultation?
Yes. The first call costs nothing and commits you to nothing: we review what you are running now, what you are being paid, and whether a dispatcher would actually put more money in your pocket. If the numbers say no, we will tell you. There is no setup fee and no contract, so there is nothing to cancel if you decide against it.
Call a Dispatcher Right Now
If your truck is empty today, the phone beats the form every time. One call, about fifteen minutes, no obligation and nothing to sign.
