Frequently Asked Questions

Getting Started

Visit our Get Started page and fill out the quick form, or call us at (682) 978-8641. We'll schedule a brief onboarding call to learn about your operation and match you with a dedicated dispatcher. Most carriers are running loads within 24 hours.

You'll need an active MC (Motor Carrier) authority, valid commercial insurance (auto liability and cargo coverage), your DOT number, and equipment in good operating condition. If you're still setting up your authority, we can help guide you through the process.

Once we have your documentation, most carriers are fully set up and receiving load offers within 24 hours. The process includes verifying your authority, setting up broker packets, and matching you with a dispatcher who specializes in your equipment type.

No. We work with both experienced operators and those who are new to the industry. For newer carriers, our dispatchers provide extra guidance on lane selection, rate expectations, and best practices to help you succeed from day one.

Pricing & Payments

We offer two pricing options: percentage-based or flat rate. Semi trucks (dry van, reefer, flatbed) are 6% per load or $250/week flat rate. Box trucks and hotshot are 8% per load or $350/week flat rate. Fleets with 3+ trucks get custom volume pricing. No setup fees, no hidden charges, no contracts.

Payment is collected after the load is delivered and invoiced, typically on a weekly billing cycle. If you use a factoring company, we coordinate with them directly. You never pay upfront for loads we haven't booked.

No. Our percentage rate covers everything: load searching, rate negotiation, paperwork handling, broker communication, and 24/7 support. No setup fees, technology fees, cancellation fees, or surprise charges.

No. We operate without long-term contracts because we believe in earning your business through results, not legal agreements. You can cancel at any time with no penalties.

Services & Operations

We dispatch all major equipment types: dry van, reefer (refrigerated), flatbed, step deck, power only, hotshot, box truck, and heavy haul/RGN. Each equipment type has dispatchers who specialize in finding the best freight for that specific trailer.

We dispatch loads across all 48 contiguous United States. Whether you run OTR, regional routes, or dedicated lanes, we find freight that matches your preferred operating areas.

Our dispatchers use a combination of major load boards (DAT, Truckstop), direct broker relationships built over years, and shipper contacts. We negotiate aggressively to secure the highest rates available, typically $2.50-$5.50+ per mile depending on equipment and lane.

Yes. Every carrier is assigned a dedicated dispatcher who specializes in their equipment type. Your dispatcher learns your preferences, preferred lanes, and business goals. You won't deal with rotating staff or call centers.

We handle rate confirmations, broker setup packets, load details verification, delivery coordination, and can assist with invoicing. Our goal is to eliminate the administrative burden so you can focus on driving.

Yes. Active carriers have access to dispatch support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. Trucking doesn't stop, and neither do we.

Performance & Results

Rates vary by equipment type, lane, season, and market conditions. Market ranges are typically $2.50-$5.50+ per mile across equipment types. Your dispatcher focuses on securing the highest rates available for every load.

Strategic lane planning is a core part of our dispatch service. Your dispatcher plans routes that minimize empty miles between loads, coordinates backhauls, and avoids sending you to areas with limited freight availability.

Communication is key. If loads don't meet your expectations, tell your dispatcher. They'll adjust their search criteria, target different lanes, or work with different brokers. Since there's no contract, you're always in control.

Absolutely. Your dispatcher plans loads with your home time schedule in mind. Let us know your preferred routes and when you need to be home, and we'll build your load plan around that.
